Using Somatic Experiencing & Internal Family Systems (IFS) – 2 somatic therapy modalities – we listen to what your body holds on to and connect with the different parts of yourself. This process helps you get unstuck, process unresolved emotions, build internal coherence and harmony, while also teaching you how to self-regulate .
It helps you feel more grounded, calm, safe, and connected to yourself in ways that most often go beyond traditional talk therapy.

In a safe, supportive environment, Chloe will guide you to connect with the sensations in your body and the emotions stored within it. She will work with you to gently release tension and restore harmony. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and offers you a holistic path to healing. Consultations are available in English and French.
