Unprocessed emotions and hurtful past experiences don't just disappear - they get stored in our bodies. Unresolved stress, trauma or emotions manifest as tension, restlessness or even physical pain and symptoms. This can leave you feeling stuck, anxious or disconnected from yourself.
The goal of Emotional Release is to slowly and gently release physical and emotional tension that has built up over the years. Releasing these stored emotions helps you to free yourself from the past and restore balance, peace and a sense of wholeness.

She will work with you to gently release tension and restore harmony. Each session is tailored to your individual needs and offers you a holistic path to healing. Consultations are available in English and French.
