I paid for full leg hair removal and brasilian bikini and I'm very disappointed with the service I got which I found a bit unprofessional. Firstly, I waited more than 30 minutes when my appointment was already set up and I had to cancel a appointment at work. The waxing method (for full legs) was not as it should be in every brazilian waxing studio. Usually a Brazilian wax means using a sugar based wax which is better for sensitive skins (they also describe it in thei website but they don't offer it). Since I have problems with the standard roll on waxing , I choose this service but they actually use the standard method. Still, they describe a different service on their website: https://www.kosmetikpraxis-sen.de/waxing-kottbusser-damm.html When I tried to tell her that for my skin problem, I needed a sugar based waxing the cosmetician told me that the boss doesn't allow her to use this specific wax. So the result is that my skin got very bad after being waxed and I need to contact my doctor. Plus, the full legs waxing service was actually incomplete as they left the buttock out. Also, I paid for a service called "brazilian bikini", for which they mean a hair removal in the very external frontal area. Never had such a poor service, even when it is a normal "bikini".Usually, in every cosmetic studio "brazilian bikini" corresponds exactly to the description that Wikipedia gives: Brazilian waxing (or the sphinx wax) is the removal of all pubic hair from the pelvic region, vulva, labia, perineum, and anus, while sometimes leaving a thin strip of hair on the mons pubis. It can be used by those who wear thong bikinis. Brazilian waxing is also known as a full Brazilian wax, full bikini wax...".Also, my slippage was ruined by the wax and the boss was aggressive and unprofessional to me. I'd need to have at least a part of the money back as I got a very bad skin and a horrible experience.

Die die in den salon arbeiteten wirkten als hätten sie für die Kunden keine zeit und die Behandlung war deshalb nicht angespannt.

Mein Termin war angeblich nicht im System, was der Dame auch herzlich egal war. Ich könne jetzt nur warten, hieß es, doch ich sagte dass ich den Termin extra so gelegt hatte, weil ich danach verabredet war. Das war ihr auch egal. Keine Entschuldigung, kein Angebot einen neuen Termin auzumachen, vielleicht weil man keine Stammkundin ist? Schade
