Had a full body relaxing massage for 90 minutes with Heny, same person as facial treatment the day before. The massage she gave me was so lovely and relaxing. It took my mind off things, enjoying my holiday, and just such a lovely feeling with her and the oil that I requested to use. I loved Hamburg, the hotel and Spa, so next time I come back, I most definitely be using these facilities again.

Had my Facial Treatment with Heny. She was excellent, really friendly and caring. She looked very closely at my face on what needed cleansing, moisturised and got rid of all the bits such as dry skin that needed to come off. It was so lovely and relaxing, great start to first day at this hotel. I also had a massage with Heny the following day, which I will review in a separate comment.
