The room where Mr. Loncaric works is across the hall from a very noisy personal trainer studio which apparently has no door. When I complained, Tommy put on some soft music, which did nothing to muffle the yelling. He made no effort to ask the neighbors to be quiet. Mr. Loncaric has a thorough understanding of human anatomy, but his massage style is downright brutal, giving new meaning to the phrase "no pain, no gain." I am used to firm massage, but this is not the experience I hoped for.
