A terrible experience. Had my booking booked for 11am and waited 35minutes only to see that the woman had stuck a small note in a side door (not the main entrance) saying that she couldn’t make the appointment and she hopes that I saw the message soon. I called the salon multiple times only to get the answering machine...I did not see the message obviously and she did not even call or email me regarding the change. I prepaid through PayPal and am waiting on a full refund. I am perplexed by the lack of professionalism and I do not recommend this salon due to the lack of customer care.
