Two days after my nails were done, one nail cracked off. I also booked to get my eyebrows done but the stylist was double booked, she asked kindly if I would return in 45 minutes. I did, and then waited another 30 minutes. Very disappointed.

Unfortunately, the nails were not put properly and many of them had a gap between the prosthetic and the tip of my nail. I contacted them and they proposed to go back to fix it. When I was back though, the employee fixed only one nail that was already gone (after less than 7 days). For the rest, she just trimmed the nail behind the prosthetic instead of removing them and add new ones. The problem remains. Now, I am afraid of infection so need to find time to go to another salon to fix.
