There's time for everything - my first terrible service review here. 1) I had to wait 17 minutes after my term & that's for a lunch time booking! No one apologized. 2) I had to wait on the table for 15 more minutes while two ladies tried to prepare and cool the vax 3) three times I was asked what did I book (full Hollywood wax) and they still tried to give me the min version (only sides) instead 4) the people kept coming in and out of the room. What kind of privacy is that? 5) the worst part - the lady, as nice as she was as a person, clearly had no idea what she was doing - it was super slow and painful & the more I expressed my pain, the slower she thought she has to vax... I also had to show her where there's still work to do. It was clear she wasn't trained for the job. Please do so asap or don't offer the service!
