Die Maniküre und Pediküre waren gut. Der Service war nur ok, da mich der Behandelnde nicht richtig verstanden hat. Was mich gestört hat, war, dass mir beim Bezahlen gesagt wurde, dass ich mehr bekommen habe, als gebucht, weshalb ich nun mehr zahlen sollte. Ich bin nicht darauf eingegangen, weil mir das niemand vorher gesagt hatte, weshalb ich es auch schlussendlich nicht bezahlt habe, aber die Diskussion fand ich verstörend.

The promised and paid for Shellac is not Shellac at all in fact, one day after my nails are already breaking. In general I expect something else from a beauty salon. Staff is welcoming at least.

What an experience!! I went to this salon just because it's close to home, but it's such a low class of services and misbehavior, don't go there people. Upon arrival instead of being offered a water or something, they started aggressively listing what other additional payments I have to make (apparently the nail polish I paid online (5€) can only be provided from the cheapesh shit polish collection (i didn't want shellac or gel, just regular basic polish), but if you want something which is not dry and disgusting, it costs 10€ and you must pay extra. Having said so - there is no info about this pricing policy anywhere, so they just improvise as they go.
After I told them that, they lost all respect towards me and one of the guys working there started singing in the dying ballet swan voice and dance. Next half an hour I had to sit and listen to his performances. Then he came over to the bed which I guess is usually used for lashes, laid down and stared just starting gazing at me. He had no shame to make me feel uncomfortable and examined. As I moved from pedicure to manicure table, a girl who also works in a salon joined him on the bed and they strayed making it. I felt like in a bordel. Long story short, I'll save myself a disgust and never go there again.
