This was my 3rd time there, before I had no issues except this time I had a new lady. She decided to apply for my dry hair but didn’t mentioned would be the same price as if would get a bottle of the product-20€. When I had to pay she said I pay more this time bc I have a lot of hair and the treatment....never had to pay extra the previous times. Then she says is because of the blow dry ( price they advertised is with the blowdry). Also really bald old style blow dry and left partly my hair wet. I’m not coming back- you lost a customer!
