Es wurde sehr Gründlich und sauber gearbeitet. Die Atmosphäre und der Empfang waren auch sehr gut!

I just now see that I had booked an eyebrow waxing but had received a plucking. Generally I felt that a lot of things were done but it was very mathematically done with no massages of the face that help relax. Afterwards I still had a lot of blackheads, so the pain was for nothing.
The individual services were ok but nothing special and surely not worth the price. But it was decorated were nicely and in true Japanese style it was very „calm“ and everyone talked with a very low voice; the face treatments happen all in the same room, the chairs were very close next tk each other with was a bit weird. Only the massages were in a separate room. So you not only hear but also see everything someone enters the door, talks to the welcome desk or people come in and talk or ask your comestician questions. It is not a relaxing environment but they try to maintain that image by speaking with low voices.
The young girl who performed everything was very nice but obviously not a trained cosmetician. She did everything she was supposed to but it felt very regulated.
