sehr nett und schöner salon, leider war das waxing ein totaler reinfall. im salon nicht direkt kontrolliert und leider erst zuhause gemerkt, dass viel zu viele haare noch da waren. schade.

Very dissatisfied. The quality,the price and the service were very bad. I also shared my bad experience with all my friends and colleagues.
1)my appointment for massage was rescheduled twice at the same day.
2)when I arrived at agreed time I was still waiting 20 min for the person to do the massage. After she gave me the form to fill about disease and allergies (of course that took me around 10 min to do that).Actually for just a normal body massage this form is useless but ok it is a rule,so I did that.
3) the appointment was for 1 hour massage,instead, I had 30 min massage. When I asked why it is 3o min instead of 1 hour, the masseur said that she has the next appointment. Nevetheless,she wanted me to pay the full price from 1 hour massage. I said that it is not fair as it was only 30 min and she started to argue with me that it is my fault as I was filling the form too long.But It took me max 10 min and it can not be considered as a part of the time from massage procedure...
4)the last point is the quality of massage,it was really bad. It was not a massage it was oil rubbing into the body... nothing from massage.
So I definitely do not recommend this place.You will waste time and money.

Super Hydrafacial Behandlung! Sie hat jeden Schritt ausführlich erklärt und das Ergebnis hat mir sehr gut gefallen. Ich geh wieder hin!

Nichts zu empfehlen weil: 45 Min. Verspätung und als ich etwas gesagt habe, dass es viel zu viel Verspätung gab, wurde ich arrogant beantwortet, dass die Leistung sehr hoch waren und sie nehmen alle Kunden, auch die, die Verspätung haben ... Kann nicht sein. Wenn ich pünktlich bin, erwarte ich es auch von dem Salon. Der Waxing war auch sehr schlecht gemacht, ich hatte noch Haaren auf den Beinen und Wachs-Spuren. Wenn man von sehr hohen Qualität spricht, muss es auch entsprechen. Ich bin sehr enttäuscht und es war die einzige und letzte Erfahrung für mich hier.
