We adored every part of our appointment. On a holiday to Berlin we made an appointment. The meeting at the door, the friendliness of the beautiful, professional staff. The commitment to detail & hygiene. The glass of bubbles. The best Gel set of nails Ever for me & my sister had the best Acrylic refill Ever. 10 stars to this business as we followed the manicure with an amazing lymphatic drainage massage! And floted back to our hotel

I really liked the Japanees manicure and how my nails look after it, I would definitely come back! And the staff is very friendly & caring.
The only moment that made me stress a bit was the last-minute change of the appointment time, it was 12 initially and was moved to 11:45. I was not sure I would make it and was confused that it could happen since it was not mentioned in the communication before or when booking. Now I know and can plan accordingly but for the first time visitors, it might be as confusing as it was for me.
