Booked a last-minute washing+haircut treatment for 15 €, what a great deal! My hairdresser, who was polite and did a great job, asked me if he could blow-dry my hair to finish the haircut properly and I agreed. Unfortunately did not ask the price ahead, and they charged me 20 € on top just for drying. Partly my fault, but no transparency was given to the price being higher than the main 2 services. Pretty rude by the end. Be aware of them trying to trick you into additional services!

Unexpectedly, my experience was beyond amazing. Compared to my previous hairdressers elsewhere in Berlin, here I received a proper & balanced consultation on my hair and what would be suitable for my routine and expectations.
