Ich bin mit dem Service und dem optischen Ergebnis zufrieden. Sie nutzen eine andere Art Shellac Lack als das was mir bis jetzt bekannt war. Ob die so gut hält muss sich noch zeigen. Wenn das der Fall ist, werde ich wiederkommen.

Überraschend war vor allem die Tatsache, dass im Salon nur eine Person deutsch spricht und die Kommunikation daher entsprechend schwierig war.

The salon is very conveniently located and it was easy to get an appointment on a Friday evening after work. I was seen to promptly, but it was difficult to communicate with two of the three nail technicians there because they did not speak German or English. I was passed from one technician to another without explanation. The nail technician who finished my pedicure left some very noticeable dead skin on both the tops of my toes and the bottoms of my feet, and the polish that she used on my fingernails completely peeled off the next morning. I had to bike back over to the salon to have it redone. To the team's credit, the same nail technician saw to my nails again immediately and fixed them. She needed assistance from another technician to do it right, though, and again I was passed off to a second technician without explanation. All in all, I did not have a great experience at the salon and will choose another next time.
