I'm from the states and was very hesitant to get a wax in Germany, but saw that Joy had such great reviews, so I went to get a Hollywood - with Pofalte.
Joy is amazing at what she does. Hands down one of the best waxes I have ever received, anywhere. She takes her time to make sure the job is done right, and is swift to make sure nothing hurts. Her studio is a very relaxing and calming environment, which she maintains very cleanly. Joy is very considerate of to her clients and takes every measure possible to ensure that they are having a good experience.
I had a great time talking with Joy, she is a sweet and talented woman and very easy to converse with. She loves what she does and I would highly consider her to anyone in the area and recommend her for first time waxers.
