I personally find 45€ for basic Shellac a bit pricy but the service was perfect and the studio & shop is great.

Decided to give this place a try because the salon I usually go to was closed. Maybe I caught them on a bad day, but nothing about the service I received felt professional at all. First, they removed the hard gel on my nails using a nail file, which took more than 40 minutes and left my nails feeling very brittle. I brought a picture of the (very simple) design and color I wanted. She only told me they were out of white nail polish after she'd already applied the base. Apart from that, the manicure wasn't as quick and clean as I was used to. Needless to say, the design and color I left with were very different from what I was expecting when I came in. I wish they'd told me upfront what they could and couldn't do. My biggest issue was the workspace, which hadn't been properly cleaned and wiped down in a while. The tools looked used and (I don't want to say it but...) dirty to the point where it felt unhygienic. I wasn't happy with the result at all and got my nails re-done right after because honestly, it wasn't pretty :/ I didn't say anything because I already knew I wasn't coming back, but the fact that I payed 50€ for them to basically ruin my nails did keep me up that night. Long story short, I wouldn't recommend this place and the quality of the service they provide bears no relation to the above-average price point.
