I made an appointment at this salon for a hair trim with bangs and a perm. I was placed with Ögze and was told that I needed to have my hair dyed because the perm would make my hair lighter (it is already dyed black). When she was done dying and cutting my hair she said there was a miscommunication and she forgot to perm my hair first so I couldn’t get it done for a few weeks. So I paid for a dye job I didn’t need and wasted almost two hours. I understand there was a language barrier but my wishes were very clear and she didn’t even apologize. When I got home and dried my hair I realized my bangs were in my eyes and needed to be cut shorter. So I made an appointment at a different salon to fix the cut. Huge waste of my time and money. I would not recommend this place or go back. I should mention that Joanna has cut my hair twice previously and she did a great job, however Ögze was very unprofessional.
