I've never had such an ugly "balayage" before, not even when I dyed my hair myself at home using Loreal Ombre hair dye, actually compared to this master's work, the latter one was pretty decent.
When I just arrived, Viola started telling me it's probably not gonna look well due to my hair being already dyed (it was evenly dyed without any highlights). But the result exceeded my worst expectations: she failed to create any gradual blend, my hair looked like she just randomly splashed a bottle of bleach on my head. Some strands turned out to be rusty red, others ginger and on top of that I got a yellow round spot on the back of my head.
After spending several days crying every time I looked at myself in the mirror, I had to find another hair master and pay a whole lot of money to get Viola's work fixed. It took several visits to another salon, but I got it fixed. Another master was also very surprised to hear that the dyed hair can be a problem for balayage.

The lady wasn't very friendly either, but I could easily put up with that if it weren't for what she's done to my hair.
