Upon arriving, the place was easy to find and within a good distance of the SBahn station; it was nicely decorated, and had a nice ambience.
I was greated by Ngoc and waited for 20 mins past my appointment time. I had originally booked an appointment 2 days prior with Amelie, after reading positive reviews, and noticed that I had instead been booked in for a nail treatment with Hang, who had numerous bad reviews. So I changed my appointment twice again, and both times, the employee had been changed to Hang. I ended up being given the Basic Manicure with PNB Gel Polish by Ngoc, a young girl, whose German was very poor; I didnt receive any form of consultation or recommendations on the procedure or colour choice, after making clear I wasn’t sure on it all and would appreciate some help. The colours were different than what was shown on the colour wheel, she changed it once, and assured that when dry the colour would look like i expect it to (it does not). I asked on her opinion and advice on whether I should and whether she would happily draw a very thin, delicate line across the nail in a different shade; received no consultation or help on the colour choice and the brush she used was far too wide and her strokes not delicate enough. I had shown my displeasure and discomfort very clearly during the treatment and expressed I wasn't sure about the colours, nor the resulting design/look, and after some hesitation, the girl simply finished her work, shrugging off my commentary. My friends laughed at my nails and asked if a child had painted them blindfolded. I am so ashamed I am walking with my hands in my pockets, as they now look worse than before the treatment.

Es war in Ordnung. Die Farbauswahl war für mich nicht sehr viel, aber das ist Geschmacksache.
Was mir gar nicht gefallen hat, war, dass der Mann, der vor mir noch eine Kundin hatte, welche schon wartete, als ich kam, von draußen kam und direkt bei der Kundin mit der Arbeit begann. Kein Händewaschen oder desinfizieren der Hände. Dann wechselte er direkt zu mir, auch ohne jeglichen Hygienemaßnahnen!
Warten musste ich auch ca 50min.
Die Arbeit war okay, besonders zufrieden war ich leider nicht.

Sehr nettes Team und ein hübscher Salon sowie sehr gute Öffnungszeiten. Für den Preis sollte aber mindestens eine Fußmassage mit drin sein, und leider ist das Ergebnis auch nicht 100%ig überzeugend.
