The hairdresser told me (at the very end, when time to pay) that I had to pay an extra 30 euros because my hair were thick! I had to argue to pay the announced price, and not the extra. Why tell me at the end? Also everything was rushed and the hairdresser was rude with an other customer who came on time for her appt, but as he was running late he blamed it on her and on the thickness of my hair. I will not go back.

I showed a picture of myself to explain what I wanted and got a completely different haircut (like half of the length I showed as reference). The guy had the nerve to tell me it's the same as the picture. At least could have admitted the mistake and apologize. Ridiculous attitude. Will never go there again.
