Even if you paid for your service, be ready to pay extra. I specifically said I don't want anything on top of what I ordered through the app, I still was asked to pay for hair products... it was not a problem, just not right on principle. I am happy with my cut, but probably the ends will split quickly, as the hairdresser used the blade most of the time..

Ich bin nur auf Besuch in Berlin und bereits das zweite Mal zum Haare schneiden im Reuterkiez und es wird nicht das letzte Mal sein! Zufrieden trage ich auch nach der 1. Haare wäschen meinen Schnitt durch die Berliner Kieze ;-)

I went here with a photo and a vision to try and revive my extremely damaged hair. I left with a lovely simple blunt cut (I asked her to leave as much length as possible and she really listened!) and a refreshed blonde balayage (which she managed without bleach to save my hair!). It's one of the few times in Berlin that I've been satisfied after coming home and living with it for a few days. Plus the products she recommended were reasonably priced (for salon products), and are great for daily use as they don't weight my hair down. Altogether, I got a decent quality service and a had a nice chat in the process and it all (even including the product) cost less than a trip to a pretentious salon. Very satisfied!
