I had a horrible experience at Ewa Stehli hair company. It said online that I would be paying about 80 euro for the treatment. However, at the end they charged me over double that amount without telling me beforehand that it would cost that much. Plus, my hair looked horrible. I just wanted them to match my roots to my blonde hair and it came out orangey yellow. I had to run to work because I was late, but when I came back to tell them that I was not happy with my hair, they did not even offer to fix it. They just looked at me like they didn't care because I already paid them and basically said "tough luck". It didn't even phase them that I left the salon crying. I felt scammed. I will never go back there and I will tell everyone to never step foot in there. I paid 175 euro for the worst roots I have ever gotten. Do not come here!
