I have never experienced anything like this. I simple needed my eye lashes dyed before Christmas holidays. Out of multiple salons available on the 23.12 I made a mistake of choosing this one. I was greeted by a non-German-nor-English-speaking man eating chips out of plastic bag who kept repeating “Augenbrauen” quite loudly, attracting unwanted attention of customers of the barber shop - note, this “salon” is an untidy back room of men’s Friseur. After he finally understood the purpose of my visit, he just went away, continuing to eat chips. Then two ladies “took care” of me - I had to lie down, wearing shoes, and was covered by a towel - it was not fresh. Both ladies continued to talk in their language incessantly through this “experience”, and the one that had no part in the procedure was just standing over me and looking - which I found extremely uncomfortable. It was impossible to make myself understood. Procedure was extremely painful - I’ve done lash lifting countless times, it never felt like this. It was burning so much I was considering to go to hospital afterwards. When I managed to open my eyes, still heavily tearing, ladies were wearing their coats, politely indicating that it is time to go home. I had to go back through the barber shop with tomato-red eyes and was grateful to get out of there. I would not go there again even I was offered money to do so.
