It's so difficult for Asians (Chinese descent here!) to find a hair salon capable of cutting thick hair. I've gone to 2 different Japanese salons here in Munich and the results ranged between not good to okay. This salon came highly recommended by a few friends so I finally gave them a call and am so thrilled to now have found a go-to salon for me in the future! If you're picky about your hair cut, love having gorgeously layered hair, then this is your place too!
