Arrived in the salon , no booking , even though I had booked and PAID via treatwell. Once they accepted I did have a reservation they demanded I paid upfront (although I had already paid). After 20 minutes of discussion I was abruptly informed they do not do waxing!!! My patience was now running very low - the salon was dirty nail clippings and dust everywhere - the nail tech sat and clipped her own nails while I was choosing a colour - once she began the first nail it became clear that no care or effort was going to be put into this treatment, after 1 nail I asked if she could remove it and that I would like to leave - they instantly became very AGGRESSIVE and intimidating , several comment where made regarding me speaking English (as I have just moved my German is not fluent) the staff where clearly speaking bout me whilst I sat in the chair feeling more nervous and uncomfortable. Overall the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Salon was dirty and the staff appealing and rude. Left shaking and crying with no wax and no nails even though I have paid 60€+.

Termin schnell bekommen, kurze Wartezeit, sehr freundlich Mitarbeiter, schöne und saubere Arbeit! Komme gerne wieder!

Leider etwas unangenehm wenn die Person die deine Füße behandelt kein Deutsch spricht. So kriegt man leider keine ausführliche Beratung, die man sich bei 35 Euro wünschen kann.
