The staff was not aware of my appointment from Treatwell, no one spoke German, the work tools were looked for all over the salon when they should have been on the desk, the process was not clear, it all seemed like very amateur, there were no other clients in the salon, and the staff were 3-5 people who were constantly discussing something between each other. The result had many flaws and started breaking after a few days

The salon has very good reviews so I had high expectations.
Good: the lady was nice. She apologized several times as she cut one of the cuticles so deep that it bled. The pedicure chair was a massage chair, which was a nice plus.
Bad: my manicure looked acceptable. The margins towards the cuticle were uneven, the color wasn't uniform, with tiny bubbles in the color and waves in the surface. I regretted going to a salon because I usually get a better result by myself.
