I got twice a haircut at Paluselli. The haircut itself was satisfying.
However, it happened twice to me know that I arrived for my appointment, which was made well in advance, and was told by the hairdresser that it would take at least another 45 minutes until he is available and asked me if I can come back later. So it seems to me that this is systematic and not an accident. Some delay (max. 15min) would be acceptable to me, however not to this extent. What is the point of an app like Treatwell, if the place is not following up with the schedule. Especially for an male haircut appointment during a lunch break I would expect so much common sense that they know you have a limited amount of time. Unfortunately, I will not return since he just seemed to not care if he looses me as a customer.
