I booked for 3 hours appointment and it took 5 hours because they were taking care of several customers at the same time. they left my color in FAR longer than they should have . They completely changed the color of my hair to one that looks terrible on my skin... I booked for a 200 euro package and with no explanation they charged me 280 euros. Booking did not differ from what they did except for the time
it took because of them taking care of the other customers.
