I’m very happy with my haircut and the overall experience at Anna S. (It was my first visit at the salon.)
First of all, I really like the stores modern design, which is a first indicator for good taste. Then the staff has great modern haircuts and style which is usually another indicator if I’m going to be happy with my haircut at a salon.
Secondly, Barry was very attentive and listened to my requests - which hairdressers often don’t do e.g. please don’t cut of too much of my hair length - hairdresser thinks he/she knows better and does it anyways, ignoring the fact that it’s MY hair ... the list goes on..
Barry however seemed very professional and experienced and acknowledged my wishes and listened to me - I definitely recommend a haircut with him!
Thirdly, I arrived ten minutes too early the staff welcomed me very friendly and I was offered a seat and a tea straight away.
And lastly, I’m a big fan of Aveda products and they use the brand exclusively at Anna S.
