I paid for a classic manicure and shellac. The price includes removal of old shellac.
It took some time to remove the old shellac. At the end she said I should pay 8€ extra for this. She could’ve communicated earlier that it would cost more (basically 5€ included in the classic manicure + 8€). Anyway i told her i could pay via the app if she saw it that way. She declined and said let’s talk about it next time.
The shellac and my nails were broken after only 6 days and my manicure looked like i had had it for a month already.
Additionally, a colleague of mine gets her nails done at this place and she tells me this woman says i owe her money, although i offered to pay it and she declined.
This is very unprofessional and i don’t like the implication that i refused to pay. I will not be using this service.
